DEI members can maintain active membership status by attending meetings and participating in activities.  Members are also encouraged to affirm their leadership experience by utilizing and becoming partners with Career Services.

The UCF Chapter‘s DEI Student Service Award recognizes the outstanding involvement, participation, support and service of a single active chapter member.  Members must earn a minimum of 600 active participation points in order to be considered for this distinction.  In addition to being the guest of honor at the DEI Student Service Award Reception, the recipient will also receive a $300 monetary gift.
